TS4→ Multiverse 1.8: Abducted?!

Stratus Burne O3/P6/R1

It is the first rotation of the Parallel Moon phase in Stratus Burne’s 3rd Orbit. Current weather forecast: not raining.

The Hunter-Hensley household

Ohmygosh guys look!

It’s not raining in region 2!!!!

Nothing like standing in front of all the sick people and chatting until your shift is over, eh? That receptionist never came back. I’m really enjoying this career.

I thought I’d see if either of the dogs is a swimmer. Lentil is! I love swimming dogs. Easiest way to find out is tossing a ball into the pool.

Aryana’s teen-teen look took some getting used to.

Ethan came home from work and was talking to Zion and Alijah/Haven’s dad. Then Parker came out to chat. Thatcher got home (lmao that space suit) and they all got quiet and just stood there. That would make me so uncomfortable. They must have been discussing him!

Watching Calix play with his toy.

Aryana has become a total computer hog so I just had Parker practice routines for work the next day instead of writing jokes.

If I’d realized they’d all crowd into that little corner to watch him I’d have put the mic somewhere else. I actually really like this little office.

Live action! Lentil barking as Bobsey jumps off her awesome new cat tree.

Being in this household is so much nicer. They have so many more varied activities they can do for fun that they don’t all autonomously crowd to one thing or the other at the same time.

And there are so many of them to teach Calix. Plus, I can have them teach him while I’m with Jozef at the hospital.

He was on his way to bed when I noticed he needed to pee and was hungry. Of course, it took him freaking hours to go potty and then he started eating and passed out! Poor kid.

I love these dogs!

A little fun with Couscous before school.

Yay back to the hospital! We got to treat Fable and Daisi. The poor townie guy (I purposely forget their names) was just used for the treadmill. I prefer to treat the kids but they can’t use it. A new woman started working there and all the jobs were mixed up because of Jozef getting a promotion. I was so annoyed.

OMG why?! And I’d ban them from doing it but I feel like at this point I’m banning everyone from doing practically everything and I need to stop.

I’m beginning to wonder if they all do it so they can get more baths.

It occurred to me that this washer and dryer is new. There was no room in the old house. Well, maybe the basement. So I quickly had Thatcher give it a lintless upgrade. I wish upgrades saved to rooms.

I realized that all Aryana needed was one thing for her fitness badge which would complete her scout badges. Tricia doesn’t seem too interested in walking Puddin’.

Back to the garden. Those mods aren’t working again. I really don’t know what to do about them.

Calix was being a little brat. And wasn’t interested at all in learning to say sorry after throwing a tantrum and being mean to Jozef.

I then realized that Aryana wasn’t home yet. I found her and Lentil just standing here. It seems to me that once they get to a certain hygiene level they just quit jogging completely.

I then noticed Sierra walking Puddin’. I suppose since Tricia didn’t really do a good job Puddin’ wanted another walk?

Yay!

Lentil was so happy about the TV.

Nothing like having your dads sitting next to your flirting while you’re trying to watch a movie, eh?

Awe, Couscous fears the pool.

Not so for Lentil. He practically jumped on top of Jozef’s head!

Nothing like coming home from work to have not one but two dogs greet you! I’m glad their schedules never match up and Parker barely gets to work. We’d never see him otherwise.

Wait, what?

Was he dreaming about the cat? Also, I love their bedroom up here.

Walls down view to show both Zeke and Dion were there in the morning.

What the heck?

Daisi was back again.

What are y’all doing in here? Perhaps I should put a bookshelf in the waiting room. I wish the magazine rack actually had magazines in it.

That guy’s like umm… doctor? Why are you at my desk?

Aren’t you going to treat me?

Naw my workday’s almost over thought I’d get a jog in.

Seriously though, you’re not going to treat me?

Oh, look at the clock time to go, sorry kid.

Our cat lover giving some luvin’ to his meow.

More teaching of blocks. How can his movement skill be low in this big house?!

Speaking of which, I just love this house. That third-floor addition is just awesome.

Some playtime for Lentil. It occurred to me that he hasn’t had a puppy yet. That will have to wait since this is day 3.

I looked to see where Couscous was so she could get some attention too. What are you doing over here?

Jozef had just started teaching Calix dancing when Ethan butted in and checked on him.

Eh, whatever. He was tired. Lentil decided to supervise the tucking in.

Ohmygosh! Our first EVER Multiverse abduction! I wonder if the sudden contact has something to do with Bea’s abduction in StrangerVille.

Don’t worry. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

They don’t seem worried. I swear Aryana never gets off the computer anymore!

Hmm… I was wondering why those clothes were left there too.

Nothing like coming home from work and seeing your husband being beamed down out of a spaceship.

Jozef was dazed. And starving. He was about to eat when he went to investigate the strange lights. I guess it wasn’t too bad since they were flirting as per usual. No nooboo sadly. Which is okay I guess since my brain was about to explode over the whole thing.

Just our Calix for now. His birthday’s next rotation. Bobsey’s too.

TS4→ Stratus Burne O3/P5/R2: Worth the Frustration

It is the second rotation of the Full Moon phase in Stratus Burne’s 3rd Orbit. Current weather forecast: partly cloudy cool.

The Hunter-Hensley household

Yes, that’s right folks, Thatcher and Ethan got hitched… without me. I went to their house for something and saw this. Too funny. I decided to hyphenate their names so the household is now Hunter-Hensley. Only because I think it sounds better. I’ve tried to find some kind of guide on how it’s properly done but searches only bring up why it’s a bad idea. But this is the Sims not real life.

“Watch out world here I come.” -Calix

The dogs had to see what was going on.

I actually did this part of the day several times. The first time they ate bacon and eggs. Turns out half of them are vegetarians!

This didn’t actually happen but I couldn’t bear to delete a sweet pic with Jozef and his grandpa.

Real life was really kicking my butt and I just didn’t have the patience to figure out all of the problems I was having with this career. First, I couldn’t go to work with Jozef until I cheated him to level 2. Second, I got to the hospital and couldn’t treat anyone even without mods. I mentioned it on Twitter and a few people advised to just treat whomever is there that’s diagnosed and admit others. It did work but I was just so overwhelmed I waited a day or two.

Now that I’ve got it working I’m really enjoying this career.

Back home Ethan tended his garden and collected the honey.

Ethan was still in the beekeeper outfit when Thatcher returned home in his astronaut work clothes and it was just so entertaining I left them like that.

When I remembered to do so I had Calix learning skills while Jozef was at work. I had Parker socializing with him so that it was him “teaching.”

Little chatterbox.

This household is so freaking weird.

How is that possible… nevermind. What happened next distracted me.

Can you blame me? The pics with dad in his spacesuit in the background had me laughing so hard! I put a lot of thought into whether to hyphenate their names or not. Parker’s already was. But which to choose Hensley or White? I felt that he wouldn’t want to appear to choose one father over the other so he took Jozef’s last name Crawford completely.

They were actually in the middle of the second “date” for Jozef’s aspiration and so when that part completed so did the spouse one!

Lentil got the ball out of the backyard and trotted into Calix’s room wanting to play.

So cute! I need to get my butt in gear and have Lentil father a puppy. This household is so large already though!

I have the feeling they keep passing the sickness back and forth to each other.

Poor Tanzi was the only one in the waiting area.

It soon filled up.

I don’t think Max had much faith in Jozef since he dropped the saliva sample like 4 times.

Yay! Good news all around!

Looks like I found his 2-year-old profile pic!

Pup lovin’.

Aryana was supposed to be doing her painting for the scout badge.

I know I say it about all of them but… I love this family.

So sad. Couscous is the first pet I’ve had age to elder who looked markedly different from her adult coloring.

Calix having a little chat.

I was trying to get Thatcher some satisfaction points. This cracked me up!

Lentil loves the computer.

“Loves??? It’s terrifying!” -Couscous

Finally, after doing a bunch of goofy whims, Thatcher got the Carefree trait. He’s so miserable at work and his workdays are spread out so that he can only work 2 a rotation. Although, Parker didn’t get to work at all this time.

Calix keeps either taking himself to bed or asking someone and then I realize later he’s hungry! I wanted to see if that sugar-free cake gives him the sugar moodlet. It does. So does the healthy gourmet cooking yogurt.

I love this picture.

Morning all!

Back to work! First in line was Jasper’s dad.

Next was Jozef’s own mother who didn’t seem very confident when her son let slip that he’d never used this machine before.

Maybe he was just nervous because it was his mom?

It seems all the kids wear those same pjs.

One of the tasks he’s had every single day is to greet patients. But it only counts if he introduces himself! There are only so many sims he doesn’t know. You may think Bree is overreacting in the 2nd pic but she was there all 3 days!

Back home to cuteness! Awe!

I just realized that Ethan got promoted twice in one day. When the thing popped up I said work from home but he went in and at the end of that shift he got promoted again!

Calix had been standing there telling jokes to Parker when Ethan walked in and just held him. Calix continued his conversation as if this wasn’t anything new.

I guess she likes that painting?

I thought this was so sweet. I later got a notification that Calix was starving. Sheesh! It’s so hectic in this household!

Ohmygosh please just finish that last painting!

Mr. Athletic got the honors of jogging the dogs.

And then it occurred to me I hadn’t seen Bobsey in awhile. I found her over by Jasper and Felicity’s house waiting for someone to collect her feathers.

Back home she played with the toy that Lentil left in there and entertained little Calix.

Someone looks proud of himself.

Who can blame him? He’s got a great family.

Extras…

I was waiting for Aryana to finish that painting when Rowen and Cujo walked by. She was scowling and he was growling. Cracked me up!

I’ve been trying to get a good video to show the teleporters I use. I have several around the neighborhood. It takes him so long to get upstairs I put a few in the hospital too. I’m going to keep trying to get one with the pets. It’s really entertaining to watch.

TS4→ Stratus Burne O3/P5/R1: Aging Up

It is the first rotation of the Full Moon phase in Stratus Burne’s 3rd Orbit. Current weather forecast: sunny showers warm.

The Hensley household

I got there and was looking to see what everyone needed to be doing and where the pets were when I saw Bobsey and realized I’d completely forgotten about baby Calix!

I managed to get there early enough that Thatcher got his task done before leaving for work.

And little Calix got a proper bedroom.

Couscous seemed concerned when she saw Lentil being taught how to play dead.

It appears that Jozef and Aryana were around each other enough before he aged up that they are able to do the sibling secret handshake.

Aryana began teaching Couscous to fetch.

She was going to teach Lentil but he wanted a walk.

Parker was doing his own work task of writing comedy routines and then continued to do a few more for his aspiration milestone.

At least Jozef having no at-home requirements for work leaves him plenty of time for baby duty.

I love seeing the families all together like this. Although, it’s difficult to screenshot since someone’s back is always turned.

Geeze Jozef, let Parker have a turn!

I’m starting to feel like Aryana shouldn’t have the loner trait. She’s very sociable. Which has gotten me questioning how I apply traits. I’ve already started to re-think how I determine chemistry.

Awe so sweet. No time for romance for these two. Parker needed to get to bed so he could work in the morning.

Not so much for Ethan and Thatcher. Truly, Thatcher needed to be sleeping too!

Calix will never want for a caretaker in this house that’s for sure.

Apparently, the bees were so enraged they somehow made it through his suit! His face is so funny!

Lentil ran to greet his girl after school.

And she took advantage of the wide space to begin his heel training.

Jozef started writing books. He already has writing skill so why not?

I saw he was tense and realized he needed a workout. I have so many lazy sims I neglect the active ones!

That color appears to be a new favorite of mine because I’ve been using it everywhere.

Finally! And I even remembered to do his rolls before he aged up this time instead of sitting there like duh… like I did later when Aryana aged up.

Plop into the high chair. My poor newly aged up toddlers practically live in those things. The whole “no walking” at this age stage was more believeable in Ash Shore when I’d only play them that “day.”

Eeee! Such cuteness!

I suppose Aryana’s a sort-of aunt? I’ve decided I’m going to marry all the long-time engaged sims next rotation. It’s getting ridiculous waiting.

Grandpa got the honors of putting the little one to bed.

I think it’s so funny that they don’t seem to realize this half wall is even there. (Other than setting dishes on it.)

Wow these two are awfully frisky lately.

Aryana must have snuck off and napped at some point and I didn’t notice because she was wide awake. She did some fetch training with Lentil.

I found Bobsey over here warily giving leaf pile that shouldn’t be there the side-eye.

Wake up and play!

He decided to play in trash instead.

Finally, Jozef had a work day. I’ve barely ever done this career. The highest I ever got was in my Clone Challenge Whim version… I lost that save.

Well, that was thrilling.

He spent the rest of the day writing a book.

The receptionist completely ignored the rapidly increasing line of patients.

Hurray! Back home! While Jozef was gone, Parker taught (socialized with) Calix a bit in between keeping his needs up.

Aryana took Lentil for a quick walk. No worries Couscous, you’ll be next.

Time to get a start on the potty skill. Jozef looks so handsome in his work outfit.

Thatcher… does not.

Everyone except Parker was home. It’s party time!

Such a cutie.

Aryana was going out to swing. I lost my temper and moved them into Calix’s inventory. I love that they use them but it’s a constant thing!

Calix had to be put to bed already. He was also sad about meeting strangers. I feel like they shouldn’t get that moodlet unless they’re clingy.

Parker arrived home from work and it was finally time!

Ohmygosh!

She’s so adorable!

And expressive!
